Can we work together if we don't live in the same city?
Yes, yes, yes! We work with clients from South Africa and abroad. Thanks to WhatsApp, email, Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc, we can work together from anywhere, with anyone.
How do I pay for services?
Payment terms for your specific project will be outlined in the estimate you receive from us. Payment for services is due by EFT.
How do we communicate?
That is completely up to you. Some of our clients prefer communicating over WhatsApp, while others use email. Since our job is to make your life easier, you let us know which platform is most convenient.
What is the timeline for a project?
That would depend entirely on the type of project. A business card design might take a few days, while a website could take a few weeks to be completed. We will discuss a timeline with you.
What if things change and I need to reschedule my project?
If we are half-way through the project and your commitment to the agreed timeline changes, you can request for your project to be rescheduled to a later date. Please note this will require an additional fee – which we will discuss with you.
How often can I revise my designs in the process?
You will be given 2 opportunities to request a full revision on any project. But our clients generally don’t need to revise the initial designs we provide and rather just make edits and adjustments 🙂
And if I don't like a design?
Please be honest and let us know. We will do everything we can to give you exactly what you require
What if I need a design service that isn't listed on your website?
Ask and you shall receive! Let us know what you need, and we will work on a custom quote, designed exclusively for you.
